BIOGRAPHY

Jonny is a British composer living in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. After receiving a BA(Hons) in Music from Goldsmiths University London, he has forged a highly successful career as both a live musician and composer. Jonny’s composition catalogue includes scores for numerous high level documentaries, films, plays and video games.

Many of the feature documentaries have gone on to win major awards, including ‘Mugabe and The White African’ (Bafta), ‘Outbreak’ (Bafta and Emmy), ‘Myanmaar’s killing fields’ (Bafta) and ‘Last Days of Solitary’ (RTS).

Jonny has also worked extensively as an Musical Director, most notably for Lana Del Rey.

Most recently Jonny has been working with Nainita Desai and the Soundology team. Together they have flagship documentary series’, dramas and video game projects underway with releases planned for 2023.
